About Dr. Paige Eansor, ND

Hi, I’m Dr. Paige, ND, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in women’s health, digestive health, skin health, and stress and anxiety management. I’m passionate about helping people feel their best by understanding what their bodies need and supporting long-term wellness.

I completed my Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, after earning a Master of Science in Clinical Anatomy and a Bachelor of Science from Western University. My background in anatomy and biomedical sciences gave me a deep appreciation for how interconnected the body truly is, a perspective that continues to shape my work every day.

My philosophy is to blend the best available evidence with traditional approaches to enhance health and bridge the gap between conventional and naturopathic medicine. I believe that healing is a partnership. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you with the tools you need to take an active role in your well-being. When patients feel supported and informed, meaningful and sustainable change becomes possible.

In practice, I use a range of therapies including lifestyle optimization, nutritional counselling, botanical medicine, supplementation, acupuncture, and functional lab testing. I am also certified in Facial Acupuncture, offering a holistic approach to both inner and outer wellness.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me at a strength and conditioning class, testing new recipes in the kitchen, or exploring neighbourhood coffee shops around Toronto.
What to Expect
1
Free Discovery Call
A complimentary discovery call is the first step in getting to know each other. This is a 15-minute, no-pressure conversation where we discuss your health concerns, goals, and I'll walk you through what it is like working with me. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and see if naturopathic care feels like the right fit for you.
2
Intial Appointment
Your initial visit is a comprehensive 75-90 minute deep dive into your health story. We explore your medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, and current concerns. From this, I create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific health goals.
3
Follow-up Appointments
Follow-up visits are where progress takes shape. These 30-minute sessions allow us to review how your plan is working, make adjustments as needed, and continue building sustainable changes that support long-term health. Healing is a process, and ongoing support ensures you feel guided every step of the way.
Digestive Health
Digestive concerns such as IBS, bloating, constipation, and chronic discomfort can significantly affect quality of life. I work with individuals to assess potential contributors to these symptoms and support improved digestive function and symptom management.
Hormonal & Reproductive Health
I work with women experiencing concerns such as PMS, PMDD, painful or irregular periods, PCOS, and symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. Care focuses on identifying contributing factors and supporting more stable hormonal function across the reproductive lifespan.
Skin Health
Skin conditions such as acne and eczema are often associated with internal physiological factors. I work to identify and address contributors that may be influencing skin health, with the goal of improving clarity and reducing recurrence.

Services
Personalized Care
Each individual’s plan is carefully crafted using a combination of the therapies listed below, tailored to your unique needs and goals for optimal health.
Lifestyle Optimization
Enhancing Well-being
Small changes can make a big difference. Lifestyle optimization focuses on habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being including sleep, movement, stress management, and daily routines. Together, we’ll identify areas for growth and create realistic, sustainable strategies to enhance your overall health and resilience.

Botanical Medicine
Nature's Healing
Plants have been used for centuries to promote healing and restore balance. Botanical medicine involves the therapeutic use of herbs in forms such as teas, tinctures, or capsules to support various systems of the body.
Nutritional Counselling
Nourish Your Health
Nutrition is a foundation of health and an essential part of every treatment plan. Through individualized guidance, nutritional counselling helps you understand how food impacts your energy, hormones, digestion, and mood.

Acupuncture
Balancing Energy
Acupuncture is a traditional therapy that uses fine, sterile needles to stimulate specific points on the body, encouraging balance and natural healing. It can help with pain relief, stress reduction, reproductive health, digestion, and overall vitality. I also offer facial acupuncture, a holistic approach to supporting skin health and rejuvenation from within.

Functional Lab Testing
Uncover Your Health
Functional lab testing provides a deeper understanding of how your body is functioning beneath the surface. It helps identify underlying factors that may be influencing your symptoms, allowing for a more precise and personalized approach to your care.
